Hopped in the kitchen to whip together some spinach and tomato stuffed shells with an Alfredo sauce this weekend. I followed a basic recipe of a ricotta and shredded Italian cheeses mixture for the filling and decided to throw in some toms and spin that needed to be used. If I'm being humble, it came out particularly delicious.
I also rolled some pepperoni and fresh mozzarella croissants for Super Bowl yumness, shown in the pic on the back part of the stove. I brushed the amazing olive oil that I talked about before in a post, along with Parmesan cheese over top, and wa-la! Hunter asked me to marry him all over again with this one.
Sometimes my most favorite place to be is in my kitchen, no real recipe, just going through the fridge and saying, "Yea, let's just try this..."
Until we meet again,
M
