Zen for the Win

Things get super stressful sometimes.
This is not profound nor actual news to anyone I know.It is a fact of life though.I hate it.I'm outgoing and mostly upbeat naturally so it takes a lot to bring me down so I know it's time to step back and reevaluate how to improve less than stellar zen like happy days.
What I do when stressful moments happen to happen:
Meditating mojo- I've gotten into breathing practices to bring me back to earth and the present moment during stressed out times.Simple, in the nose-out the mouth, about 5 sets usually does the trick.I learned this in therapy years ago and honestly I'm all about the natural way to alleviate angst.
Lemony water- Good ol' hot agua made in my regular ol' kettle teapot.I don't know if it's the soothing warmth or the tart wake up call but this one will set your britches on right.
Walk it out-when possible I will get lost in a brisk pace, be it 20 minutes or 2 hours.Both durations help and offer their respec…
