Healthy is as healthy does

Ever live a go go go lifestyle and then crash crash crash?  I seem to do that a lot lately.  And I feel the effects terribly when I don't listen up to my own self.  While I do maintain consistent exercise, well balanced meals, and am doing better at getting good sleep, I find myself needing some improvement.  That's not to be negative, I just could stand to evaluate what is working and what is not. For example, I read recently in a magazine Snooki (yes Snooki from Jersey Shore, don't judge, I love her!), stated about when she was binge eating pizza and drinking booze all day er-ry day at the shore, her mind was just dumb.  Foggy.  Groggy.  Icky.  Now that she embraces a clean diet and exercises often, she feels much more able to think straight.  It got me thinking about similar articles and info I've read up about the same kind of logic.   I believe it's safe to surmise that if we are what we eat, then best to not be fast, cheap, or greasy. How I Holiday Decor

I love some holiday decor.  It's fun to mix and match consistent pieces for it and and exciting to switch out the ones that have their set calendar time.  Like my pumpkins for example.  I have a set of them that are used for spooky purposes first, then for grateful hearts right after.
