I am: fortunate. "I live for the weekends." We've all known people who have said this. At one time I resented when it was said. Mostly, because the thought constricting to just a couple days of a week being reserved for non commitment, lounging, living adventurously, running wild, laying low was sickening. Real world enter, stage right. It's crazy to think you adapt to that way of living but you do. I am a dreader of Monday and a Friday worshiper indeed. I live for the moments: I can make breakfast and lunches that I put time and energy into: I can head out for an all American moment: I can peruse my favorite home good stores for possible his & her chairs that will fit fabulously now and later into our custom designed lounge area that connects our his & her closets the size of small cabana houses: Or scout out new bedding ideas for our intended room makeover with a color scheme of peach, black and ivory: I work really hard at work, so d

According to PepperRoni

I am: furry by association. You know, our dogs are obviously a huge part of lives. We are those dog parents who take Christmas pictures, some years we aren't even in the picture like here: We give them treats for simple polite behaviors like sitting on command or in Roni's case sitting after spinning only 4 four times versus ten before plopping down; we love on them, we baby them, we cherish all the fur we find even after we've lint rolled ourselves practically raw of material or scrubbed the grout along our tubs that collects it, DESPITE them never being allowed in the bathrooms. When they do something bad and they know, they BOTH roll over on their backs for a belly rub. Yes, that's correct. What else do these two assailants do while we dote on them, clean up after them, feed them a daily dose of mixed in scraps of sorts and at the very least organic wet dog food? Exhibit A: B is for bitches: C: And D is for despicable: I mean, it's a wonder we

BFF- Bridal Fab Fun

I am: maid of honor-ed. One of my longest and best friendships has been with my gal Andrea. She got married this past May and in fact, almost to the day, Andrea has been a Mrs for 2 months. She is truly a friend that has proven she is just that, a friend; she has made me laugh to the point of gasping for air endlessly and not to be snubbed past, she is an awesome point of contact regarding health. And I don't have to pay her a co-pay! Yet. This person is undeniably special to me and when she asked me to be her maid of honor it really made the title mean that much more: It was entirely an honor. Naturally after Andrea asked me, my party instinct kicked in gear and I was preparing months in advance to host the bridal shower. I thought hard about all the details my best friend would want. I knew flowers, hearts, cupcakes, deviled eggs and macaroni & cheese would be key. The rest, the scouring through selves in craft stores, collecting wine bottles, asking other girls in

I am: inspired. As my favorite adolescent fictitious character Josie Grosie from the ever life changing, forever in my tender 16 year old heart film Never Been Kissed once said "In order to write well, one must write what they know.' Genius Josie, purely...Anyhow, what I know is that I have wanted to be a writer for as long as I remember. My best friend Andrea knew at five she was meant to be in medicine, I knew by age 9 I was going to be a writer. As I got older I found myself infatuated with the evolution of a writer. I took classes in high school and college to enhance the skills I admired already and desired more strength in as well. I focused on everything from the professional and technical sides of writing to the fun and free creative side. I was an editorial intern in college, which also became my first freelance and current opportunity as a professional; I worked with another magazine and absolutely learned a ton. Taking my passion this far, I am ready to lear
