Whew, what a what a!  It's good stuff but man, it's Wednesday indeed. 3 Things: 1.  I'm caught up on the Teen Mom catch up sessions with Dr. Drew and I got to say, Amber has come very far.  I respect her for getting her shiz together and being who she is.  Tough to overcome a past and she truly gives each day a valid effort.  It's crazy watching both of the Teen Mom series because the girls have grown up literally in front of the world's eyes.  Good for these ladies for taking a tough situation and moving on with life. 2.  Kate Spade wedges.  I want them alllllll.  The black Dellie with daisies??!!  The ice cream Dotty ?????  You will be mine...   Dellie Via Dotty Via 3.  Roni turned 8!  Our girl's actual day of birth is the 8th, but we've always celebrated on the 13th since we did not know her real birthday for years.  So this year we go with today, the 9th.  This little firecracker ...

1.  You know you're an adult when you randomly hop up on a Sunday night saying I'm gonna make a quick frittata!  And you do. Y'all, I didn't even have to look up a recipe, my mind instantly knows what distinguishes a frittata.  It came out delicious BTW-tons of fresh spinach, onion, Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, and 6 eggs =  adulting win. 2.  If I went to the Oscars, I would definitely wear something popping.  It wouldn't be at all predictable or simple.  I would wear bold colors, a unique shape, something that could potentially get me on the worst dressed list.  I kid, I kid, but really, I view this as an opportunity to have elegance yes, but I also say do it big.                          Sha                    ...

Once upon a time two weeks ago, I was minding my own business, when the seductress of my dreams sent me an email.  Yes, that's right; my dreammaker known as Kate Spade, emails me weekly.  It's kind of our thing, she emails me stylish and fabulous things, and I drool and suck the air out of the room gasping with delight at alll the pretty things. This particular email, with a subject of Into the Wild, made mention of new goodies on her website.  I said to myself, "Don't even look.  You're not in the market.  You have enough leopard.  You don't care for zebra.  Maybe just a peek to assure yourself."  By the way, welcome to my inner thought process. Today is the last day of #20HappyDaysInMay , which has been hosted by the always hilarious The Daily Tay . I jumped right into this Instagram photo challenge after doing Helene's #30Photosinbetween challenge . I made both challenges my own and chose to blog about each photo topic, each day as well. Well the results are in and out of 50 days of blogging opportunities, I only missed two posts! They happened to be yesterday and the day before so my endurance game held strong. I'm pleased. Blogging is the best and I'm really enjoying finding ways to push myself to stay at it more consistently. If you are not new around these parts, it should be of no surprise that I love getting dressed . It's the best part of every single day in my opinion. Some of my favorite outfits are the ones that come together based around one key accessory. Take for example, the ring in this picture: This particular day I wanted to wear that ring so I had it tie together my dress, bracelet, shoes-you get the idea. Among many reasons I love to blog, an extra fave part is being able to revisit fashion posts. I adore looking back, or down, at various shots that make me recall "Oh yea, that look!" I love fashion, particularly summer time fashion. The bright colors, patterns, the sandals---summertime gets me! When planning this outfit, I figured it would be best to OOTD-it with a pre-summer look encompassing all of my faves. I needed something that would keep me cute, but also cool cool cool. Here in the good ol'sunshine state, we have officially crossed through the threshold of dog ass hot, humid, sweat in 2 seconds of being outside heat. Good times, Florida. I usually feel a little silly posing for style shots until I get going. Then I like to think it comes naturally. Yea, that's it. Natural. When in doubt, get fancy with that stancey! And of course, get those accessories working for ya! The best part of any masterpiece is the cherries on top. Go 'head and throw on some fab jewels in fun punchy colors! As luck would have it, or really not luck at all but rather a shopping problem, I was currently wearing a ring, a bracelet, necklace, dress, and earrings all from my beloved Franny's . I'm a shoe gal...said most women everywhere. I've always been a shoe lady and most likely will always follow suit on this passion. I've done the leg work on all kinds and types, have the blisters and scars, and lack of closet space to prove it. In no particular order of preference, I have experienced the love and joy of the following types of shoe: wedges, espadrilles, stiletto, high rise boots, bootie boots, ballets, peep toe, gladiator, oh my! And of course there was that unfortunate phase of kitten heeled. Le, sigh. We've all got demons. What I've learned in my years of connoisseurship for feet accessories, is that the quote in the above picture is beyond correct. Whenever I need to hustle in the utmost of style, I've got my go to foot ditties. When the time comes to hustle in style yet comfort, I know. When the time calls for who cares how I feel, how do I look?? ...I'm on it. But for every instance we can imagine, the truth is in the foot...
