To the day, 11 years ago, I walked across the stage that was set up in my high school football stadium and received my diploma.  What do I remember most?  My friends and I were sat alphabetically so we were pretty close to one another since we were all within the same few letters of each other.  And a beach ball.  I definitely remember a beach ball being hit into the sky repeatedly by classmates. We hollered and cheered with blinding excitement as each of us waltzed across the stage.  Honestly, we couldn't wait to lose the gowns, show off our impressive tans in our coordinated neon after party outfits, and hit the many dirt road gatherings in store for the class of 2004 that night.                         White during graduation, neon pink afterwards, all to show off those tans! So yesterday was the first day in 39 days I have missed a post. I have steadily been doing The Daily Tay Instagram Challenge in May, which is halfway done today, and in April I participated in all #30PhotosinBetween with Helene in Between . While I made it my own personal goal to write every as well as post to the Instagram, yesterday took up all my time and excitement and thrill for living life in real life. But man did I take some pictures! Allow me to elaborate... This guy graduated with his degree that he's been focused on for a bit of time. Hunter has worked so tremendously hard to get this accomplishment accomplished, never wavering or hesitating to make it clear as his goal. Pausing his pursuit only for a bit because of work commitments a few years ago, Hunter jumped back in full spirited to get it done. Working full time, maintaining friendships and relationships, and lord knows doing whatever I asked of him these last few years, Hunter balanced each commitment...

Fri-YAY! That good looking alley cat with the beard above is graduating the University of Central Florida tomorrow! We couldn't be more excited!!!!! We started the celebrations tonight at an Orlando City soccer game. The game was fast, fun, and full of anticipation with every hit on the head. Goallllllllll! I will be back to talk about tomorrow's momentous occasion, but let me just say that I could not be more proud of Hunter's tenacious and persevering spirit. His hard work and strong ability for balancing many plates in the air has served him well. It all brings him to tomorrow at 2pm, when he makes his way across the stage at his ceremony. A to the men. 1. Water is everything. Omg this is the first thing that came to mind HA! It's so true. I feel myself losing hydration and water is the root to so many ailments. Headache? Hungry? Sluggish? Can't commit to Essie Madison AveHUE or Cute as a Button? Water cures it %90 of the time. 2. Educating yourself; whether academically, through workshops or individual programs, or just by living life. It's so fulfilling to be informed and appreciate the ability to learn. Prob most thankful for this and gratified with already completed endeavors and excited for what's to come. 3. Friends. Best said, some will stay, some will go. Remember the expression "a person comes in your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime", for it screams truth. Each friend I have is full to the brim of their soul with goodness.
