The Social Cap has me all (insert heart eyed emoji). I absolutely love what our business does for others and in turn for my passion to do what I love for a living. I love immersing myself in all the content and articles to continuously educate myself to then be able to apply towards client strategy. Sometimes when I am working on projects, whether blog posts or studying analytics, I think to myself "Is this real life? Am I really living my dream and helping others with theirs?". I want more and no less so I believe that's a good indication I am living for my passion. That's been an important motivator since my editorial intern days. I wanted/needed/had to make a way to love what I do. For a decade, I worked for others doing the same tasks, learning and growing, and now it's through my own small business.
