Monday. The spawn of Satan's favorite day. Ugh, some are worse than others, that's for sure. Today is currently a dreary kinda day too; gray skies, stagnant air, a bit of depression breezing throughout the trees. Looks like Monday showed up dressed in its finest. Oh well, this too shall pass and soon it will be Tuesday which is usually the better looking sister of week days. But you know, always there is a silver lining. For instance, if we didn't have weekend recaps to live for, what do we have? I even had only one day off this weekend and I still managed to have an amazing evening and day off. I think it's safe to say at this point we all know who Beyonce is and that she does in fact rule the world. Need further prove from anything else you may know as evidence of this? Allow me to share an observation... Whilst walking for some fresh air and cardio Sunday morning, I found myself jamming to the Beyonce station on Pandora, a first in a long time I will add. Now, with other stations powered by a specific artist, one will find other artists taking up residence on that channel as well. Not in this example. While I admit I did skip a few of Bey's songs, sorry girl, only once did an Alicia Keys song play and once it was Destiny's Child (It was Bugaboo for the record and yes, it was as fabulous as I remember. I also need to remember to dig out my pager from storage). Anyhow, all other songs, whether prompted by skipping or what came next, was Beyonce every.single.time.
